Learning UX Design from scratch
The course curriculum is always at par with the current needs of the working world. The materials presented and taught were easy to understand and retain.
Userhub is a one of its kind institute. I have learned so much from the CUXP class that I enrolled myself in another one before it even ended. The teachers here are focused more on teaching us in ways that we learn rather than blindly following a system like other places. Wahid bhai and Nilim apu have motivated me to learn things that I thought I was never capable of learning. The classes are so unique that even if the same topic is taught it will never be like one another. If I ever missed a class I always knew that despite being taught the same things others learned the previous day I have definitely missed out on a great experience and even more so great real life examples. The course curriculum is always at par with the current needs of the working world. The materials presented and taught were easy to understand and retain.
The internship helped us better to hone our skills and focus on putting things learned over the 6 months tenure into practical use
Apart from the course itself, the exams given were a new experience too. Interactive and productive exams are a new concept to me. I remember sitting down for a 6+ hours long exam where my team had to come up with a problem and solution. We designed a whole management system within less than 7 hours. The internship has made us realize that learning things that is directly used in the actual working space is much valuable than learning theories that are never to be used again. The internship helped us better to hone our skills and focus on putting things learned over the 6 months tenure into practical use.
The course on User Experience includes information architecture, interface design, web design, mobile user experience, project management, content strategy, visual design and usability just to name a few. It is perfect for people who are new to UX or have no idea about web development and design as well. I would recommend this course to everyone interested to learn about UX or develop their skills on UX.
