|Typography||Typography can influence how a person reacts to your design. It is used not only to make your design stand out but also to add meaning to your content. In this course we will teach you how to create your own typeface. You will learn how you can use different typefaces to create hierarchy in your information.|
|Colour Theories||Colour is an important part of the design process. Colour can affect how a brand or design is perceived. We will teach you what each colour symbolizes so that you can apply your understanding to your work accordingly.|
|Digital Illustration||In this part you will be introduced to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. We will show you the basic use of the different tools and how you can translate the Fine Arts learnt in the previous parts into digital forms.|
|Visual Communication||This helps students to a practice-based, hands-on approach to visual communication design.
Students will learn the about vector and raster graphics, how to design with specific audiences in mind, and edit images using some of the most commonly used photo editing software in the visual design industry.

|Packaging Design||You’ll learn the art and craft of package design, studying with a seasoned pro. Working from detailed briefs, you’ll learn to design packages for a wide variety of projects, clients, and customers. Key course concepts will include seeing and designing in three dimensions, mass vs. prestige design, and new product launches.|
|Communications Design: Part 1||Design principles, theories and history

During the course, you will explore different brands around the world to understand how they communicate their message to their customers. We will show you how to develop a complete brand guideline based on a brand’s philosophy.
|Communications Design: Part 2||You will learn how to respond effectively to communication problems through design as you develop the skills to articulate ideas and approaches and to working independently and in a team. This has multiple projects where you should be able to reflect the outcome of your learning.|
|Information Design||We will teach you the basics of information design so that your content is understandable.|
|Advertising||Advertising can be for online or print media. It is important to know how to solve marketing problems with design for each media.
You will learn to create advertisement for cross media productions.
|Mass Communication||This prepares students with the required skills of researching, writing, strategizing and effective execution of communication plans. Students will learn to plan, manage and implement a broad range of communication tasks for various sectors, with competencies, among others, in advertising, broadcasting, journalism and public relations related work.|
